Quiet room with private bathroom and central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table. Absolutely perfect and excellant location, close to all the sights, such as a cathedral and a sanctuary. Only 5 minutes walking to downtown.

Excellent and lovely hotel, we greatly enjoyed this place.
Comforts of standard room were fabulous - central heating, a satellite TV, and a writing desk. Location: the hotel was just next door to the restaurant, Lourdes town centre and Lourdes.

Charming, charming, charming
I was smitten by the charming ambiance of this wonderful hotel. The proximity to the Sanctuaries made early morning visits so effortless-just a short 11-minute stroll! The half board option was a true delight, with three-course dinners that were both tasty and satisfying.
would recommend 😊❤️

The staff were really helpful .
We faced issues with the room's ventilation, as there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, uncomfortable. The room we were assigned initially felt cramped for two people, leaving little space to move around. The absence of a kettle for hot water was frustrating, considering my mother has specific dietary needs that required tea.

Staying here with friends was great! We had fun visiting the local sites and took advantage of the free daily manager's reception. The terrace was perfect for our evening relaxation, and those outdoor adventures like rock climbing were a blast. The staff were helpful throughout our stay.
One downside was the parking situation in the area. It can be tricky navigating the one-way streets, especially if you're not familiar with the layout. Just keep that in mind if you're driving.

The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the sanctuary. The staff was super friendly and the dinner was so good, really enjoyed that three-course meal every nite. My room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony, great view of the hills! Also loved the self-serve breakfast buffet with so many options.
Only downsides were that parking can be a bit tricky and it took us some winding roads to find the hotel. Could have used some basic toiletries in the bathroom too.

Excellent location and delicious meals
The half-board option was fantastic, with good three-course dinners that I looked forward to every night. I felt the cleanliness could be improved, as I noticed a bit of dirt in the corners of the room.

Good breakfast and helpful staff. Some dirt in the corners of the room.

missingWrote a review on 15 Mayfriendly staffconvenient locationcramped spaceno tea serviceunpleasant noise
The cramped room provided little space for comfort, and waking up to the noise of air conditioning fans and garbage trucks was less than ideal. It was annoying to find no tea service or kettle in the room, especially with specific dietary needs to cater to. Despite the friendly staff during check-in, the absence of basic amenities like bathroom cosmetics and the poor breakfast selection left much to be desired.
